In Beihai, the most famous places to watch whales are Xieyang Island and  涠洲 /wéizhōu/ Island  which has  similar pronunciation with ZZ’s name - 魏洲 /wèizhōu/: Both Xieyang Island and Weizhou Island are parts of Weizhou town in Beihai: >> So yeah Jingyu took that video in Weizhou town of Beihai haha
