  I) 181013: Trans from a cpf - “ An ex-colleague (working for an event/plan company) told me that they had an event in July last year and WEIZHOU would be the guest as agreement. All the promotion things were prepared well, but ZZ’s job was delayed, so he couldn’t attend it anymore.
